Statement regarding the current status of Scenic Rush:

The Scenic Rush brand was operated by the Zerosa Group from May 2022 until September 2024. Deposits paid to Scenic Rush during this period were transferred to accounts belonging to Zerosa Investment Corp.

The Founder and CEO of the Zerosa Group is Sukhpaul Sandhu. Other companies operated by the Zerosa Group include Zerosa Developments and Zerosa Luxury Car Rental. Claims by the Zerosa Group that it was "not involved with Scenic Rush" are false.

The Zerosa Group has abandoned Scenic Rush and the brand has been reclaimed by the original founder. New ownership is being sought to continue future operations.
